Our services
Bastion Formations helps customers form US limited liability companies and obtain related services such as EIN and registered agent. We are not a law firm or an accounting firm, and we do not provide legal or tax advice.
Fees
Our service fees are billed at checkout. State filing fees are charged separately by each state and are not included in our package pricing. All fees are non-refundable once the filing has been submitted.
Timelines
Processing times depend on the state and the IRS. We share typical timelines, but we cannot guarantee a specific date of completion.
Banking and payment processors
We help you prepare to apply for bank accounts and payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. Approval is at the sole discretion of those third parties and we cannot guarantee any outcome.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining your company in good standing, filing the correct taxes, and complying with the laws of any country relevant to you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
