Our services

Bastion Formations is a trading brand of Online Solutions LLC, a company registered in the Sharjah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 2221203), and operates in the United States through its affiliate BF Solutions LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (WY Filing ID 2026-001992102). Bastion Formations helps customers form US limited liability companies and obtain related services such as EIN, registered agent and business address. We are not a law firm or an accounting firm, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. For advice on your specific situation, please consult a qualified professional.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, sanctioned, or restricted activity, including (without limitation) money laundering, tax evasion, the sale of illegal goods or services, or any business prohibited by US law. We may refuse, suspend or terminate service at our discretion if we suspect a breach of these terms.

Fees

Our service fees are billed at checkout. State filing fees are charged separately by each state and are not included in our package pricing.

Refunds and cancellations

Because we begin allocating internal resources, preparing your filing and incurring non-recoverable government and third-party fees shortly after payment, our refund policy is strictly limited as follows:

1. 24-hour cancellation window. You may cancel your order and request a full refund of our service fee within twenty-four (24) hours of payment, provided that we have not yet submitted your filing to the relevant state authority. After this 24-hour window has elapsed, all service fees become strictly non-refundable, as we will have already committed time, labour and government fees to processing your order.

2. Government and third-party fees. State filing fees, registered agent fees, EIN expedited fees and any other fees paid to government bodies or third-party partners are non-refundable once disbursed. In the event your company application is rejected by the state or competent authority, we will refund the relevant government filing fees only to the extent that those fees are actually returned to us by that authority. Where the authority retains the fees, no refund of those amounts can be issued. Our service fee remains non-refundable in such cases.

3. Banking and payment processor outcomes. Our role in connection with banking and payment processors (including, without limitation, US business bank accounts, Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Mercury, Payoneer and similar providers) is strictly limited to forming the company and, where applicable, assisting with the preparation and submission of supporting documentation. Approval, denial or subsequent closure of any bank account, merchant account or payment processor account is at the sole and absolute discretion of the relevant financial institution or third-party provider. We are not liable for, and no refund of our service fees will be issued in the event of, any refusal, denial, delay or closure of any such account.

4. Client eligibility, sanctions and background. The client warrants that they are legally permitted to incorporate and operate a company in the chosen jurisdiction. We accept no liability, and no refund shall be due, where a formation, EIN application, bank application or related service fails, is rejected or is reversed due to circumstances attributable to the client, including (without limitation) the client being subject to sanctions, appearing on any blacklist or watchlist, having an adverse credit history, having a criminal record, providing inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information, or otherwise being ineligible under the laws of the United States, the United Arab Emirates or any other applicable jurisdiction.

5. Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback in breach of this refund policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms and we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, together with any associated costs and fees, through any lawful means.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bastionformations.com within the applicable window and will be assessed in accordance with this policy.

Timelines

Processing times depend on the state and the IRS. We share typical timelines for guidance only and we cannot guarantee a specific date of completion.

Banking and payment processors

We help you prepare to apply for bank accounts and payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. Approval is at the sole discretion of those third parties and we cannot guarantee any outcome.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining your company in good standing, filing the correct taxes, and complying with the laws of any country relevant to you.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by Bastion Formations or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute our content without our prior written consent.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are entered into with Online Solutions LLC, registered in the Sharjah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, trading as Bastion Formations. They are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable therein. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Sharjah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
